A full-time postdoctoral fellow position is immediately available in the laboratory of Dr. Harshita Kumari in the Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Winkle College of Pharmacy, University of Cincinnati:


The selected candidate for this postdoctoral fellowship will be responsible for doing research in the area of supramolecular chemistry and for training graduate students on analytical and experimental methods. A one-year appointment (2020-2021) will be offered initially and may be extended upon availability of funding and successful performance reviews.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have a PhD in physics, chemical engineering, chemistry (with an emphasis on supramolecular chemistry) or a related field.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous postdocoral fellow experience in neutron scattering. Candidates should a have expertise in the area of small-angle neutron scattering, neutron spectroscopy, gels, macrocycles, neutron reflectometry, supramolecular chemistry or related areas, and should also have hands-on experience in XRD, SAXS, NMR, MS, DSC, TGA, PGAA, etc.
