Description of the Job
Tumor growth studies in mice (implantation, dosing of the mice).
Basic cell biology techniques; growing cells; plating cells accurately; freezing down cells.
Cell biology techniques (growing & purifying plasmids, transfection of plasmids and siRNA molecules)
Ordering of supplies; maintaining IACUC accreditation.
A Ph.D. in the biomedical sciences. Prior postdoctoral experience in handling mice and rats.
