Post-Doctoral Position in Molecular Neurobiology of Mood Disorders

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurobiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking highly motivated postdoctoral research fellows with a strong background in advanced molecular biology techniques and bioinformatics with an interest in mood disorders research. The research focuses on signal transduction systems and non-coding RNAs using animal model system, human postmortem brain, and peripheral tissues. Candidates with a recent Ph.D. degree and experience in the above mentioned disciplines should apply with a CV, statement of research interest, and a list of three references to:

Salary is commensurate with National Institute of Health guidelines for Postdoctoral researchers.
